PERSON. PLACE. PLAN.
The purpose of our Student Ministry is to help students develop such passion for Jesus and compassion for others (Matthew 22:37-40), that they don’t graduate from their faith when they graduate from our ministry. Our strategy for fulfilling that purpose is to provide every middle and high school student in our ministry with a Person, Place and Plan.
PERSON: our goal is to provide every student who enters our doors with a godly, caring, trained adult small group leader. These leaders serve as mentor-type figures, who are committed to pointing students towards Jesus.
PLACE: our goal is to create places and spaces where students can be known and can know others in a safe, welcoming, fun and Godly environment. When these elements are present, a student can best receive the life-changing power of God’s Word.
PLAN: our goal is for students to have a clear presentation of the Gospel offered to them at an appropriate level of understanding.
