Christmas: From Family to Family | 2024

This Christmas season we will once again be serving vulnerable families in our community. There are two ways to participate:

Gift Collection

We will be collecting gifts for specific children that have been identified as vulnerable by the school district.

  • Pick up a tag – Visit the tables as you exit the worship services on November 24 and December 1 to select a tag for a gift you plan to purchase. It will have a child’s gender, age, and an identified want and/or need, including helpful likes/dislikes.
  • Purchase a gift that fits the details on that tag.
  • Attach the tag to the corresponding gift you purchase (please leave gifts unwrapped).
  • Bring your gift to the Missions Center on your way into Sunday worship services from December 1 – 15. You can also drop them in the marked bins at the Missions Ministry Building December 2 – 6 or December 9 – 12 from 10AM – 5PM.

We can only accept new, unused items. Thank you in advance.

Take as many tags as you like, but we do ask that you return a gift for every tag that you grab. They each represent an actual gift for a child.

Are you able to assist with the collection and sorting of the donated gifts on Sunday mornings December 1, 8, and 15? Email Janis Albergotti to volunteer.

Christmas Party

Help to serve our 10:10 Bridge and Connections families at a Christmas Party on the evening of December 17!

For the families in our 10:10 Bridge Afterschool Program and Connections Lexington County ministry, we are hosting a Christmas Party with food, fellowship, and fun. The regular volunteers in this ministry will be attending with those they mentor. This means we need folks like you to serve this wonderful group of people! Set-up, serving dinner, and other small roles throughout the evening are available. Email Janis Albergotti to volunteer.

We can’t wait to serve with you this Christmas as we spread the hope and joy of the Gospel from family to family!
