Mini Movie Competition
Welcome to the first ever 1 Minute Oscars, a Mini Movie Competition. Since we are stuck at home right now, we thought we could have our own student ministry movie competition. So get out your family cameras, or just use your best iPhone and get ready to film, edit and submit your masterpiece.
Let your creativity loose in this competition. Come up with a great story, or remake a classic scene from your favorite film. Get your family involved (since they are social distancing with you) or have some friends record their part and send to the person editing and compile together.
Deadline for submitting films is Sunday, April 19 -no entries will be accepted past that date.
Winner/s of the competition will be announced the following Sunday, April 26 on Online Programming.

COMPETITION GUIDELINES
- Movies must not be longer than 60 seconds
- Entries may be individual or group entries (limit 1 entry per individual or group)
- Movies will be judged for creativity, originality, overall fun
- Winners will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place as well as other fun categories determined by the judges
- Each film must contain at least one of the following:
- cameo appearance (from family member, teacher or friend)
- toilet paper
- an animal (which must not be harmed in anyway)
