INDIA & NEPAL
This team has served alongside three of our global partners: Grace Community (Prasanth Bethu), Hope of Glory and Bethel Outreach Ministry. Part of our time has been spent in the tribal areas of Northern India, an area that has seen large numbers of women abandon their children when their husband dies or divorces them. As a result, there are abandoned children filling the streets. Joseph and Deborah, a loving missionary couple, have provided a safe home for 160 of these children. Our team has provided discipleship ministry and tons of love to the children through play, VBS-style Bible teaching, and English language teaching.

Equal As One exists to nurture kinship, restore health, and preserve culture. This team has been integral to the momentum of that vision, operating a medical clinic for hundreds of community members in need of basic healthcare. Team members help check in patients, facilitate pharmaceutical distribution, offer prayer for each need, and foster community relationships while medical professionals see patients.
This team will need professionals in optometry/ophthalmology and physical therapy, but all individuals with a servant’s heart, medical professional or not, are welcome to join the team.
If you would like to be contacted when a team becomes available, please contact the Missions Department with your information.
