Scripture teaches each member is a part of the body of Christ and needs one another. There are seasons in life where people face challenges in living faithfully and need the caring community of others encountering similar experiences.
Fresh Hope for Mental Health®
Fresh Hope is a mutual-help, peer-to-peer support group in which members encourage one another as equals under the guidance of a facilitator. The meeting format includes both a large and small group experience, where members can share as little or as much of their "journey" as they desire. Fresh Hope is not intended to replace professional treatment such as therapy and prescribed medications when needed. Rather, Fresh Hope serves as a supplemental support and information system so that members and those who love them might develop tools to help them manage their illness on a daily basis in order to live with dignity and hope in Christ.

The Dementia Caregivers Group is for those who are caring for a loved one suffering from dementia, whether at home or in a residential care facility. Other caregivers, experienced in this role and understanding of your pain, can help you navigate through the day-to-day challenges.

The 1:27 Family
The 1:27 Family exists to support, strengthen and connect adoptive families—both domestic and international—through Christ-centered community, practical resources and shared experience. Rooted in the call of James 1:27, we provide a safe and encouraging space where families can gather, grow and walk alongside one another through the unique joys and challenges of adoption. Through monthly fellowship, training and fun, the group aims to be a lasting source of encouragement, wisdom and grace for every family who has chosen the path of adoption.
Cancer Support
Cancer can be an overwhelming diagnosis, but you don’t have to go through it alone; share the burden with the help of others who have faced the same challenges. This group meets for spiritual, educational, emotional and social support on the first and third Tuesday of each month. Currently meeting virtual in this season.
If you or someone you know is in need of any of the above services we provide, call the church office at (803) 490-0200 or email us.
