Summer 2026

This session will meet on Wednesdays, July 8-29.

The Ruthless Elimination of Hurry

We’re all busy—too busy. For many of us, true rest feels like a distant memory. Our packed schedules may look productive on the surface, but underneath, hurry quietly drains our spiritual, physical and emotional strength. Living at a frantic pace can feel unavoidable… but God offers us something better.

In this video series, pastor and author John Mark Comer takes a deep dive into one of the greatest threats to our spiritual lives: hurry. Rather than letting calendars, screens and constant demands dictate our days, Jesus invites us into a new way of living—a slower, more intentional rhythm marked by grace, peace and beauty.
This is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply and rediscover a life shaped not by urgency, but by presence with God.

In God We Trust (Painting Freedom in Watercolor)

Psalm 33:12 - Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people He has chosen as His heritage. IN GOD WE TRUST…Four words engraved on our coins, written on our walls and for many of us, etched on our hearts. In this class, we will explore that sacred trust through color, light and water, celebrating 250 years of a nation that has looked to God for guidance, grace and renewal. Discover a new way to connect with God through creativity. This inspiring class invites you to turn painting and the creative arts into a meaningful devotional practice. Led by long‑time artist Sheila Redford, you’ll explore the foundations of painting — including value, color theory and design — while also discovering how our desire to create flows directly from our Creator.

A $25 supply fee is required and paid directly to the instructor, which covers all the basic materials you’ll need. Payment details will be provided after registration. Come ready to create, reflect and be refreshed. Childcare will be provided. You MUST register your child.
