
Join us as we kick off Special Needs VBS week! We will provide final details for VBS and you will receive your name tag and wrist band for secure entry to the building.
Crew Guide – Volunteers are assigned to a crew of up to 10 participants where they will help guide them through VBS stations. No teaching required.
Buddy/Shadow – Volunteers travel with a participant in a crew to provide one-on-one guidance.
Crafts – Volunteers will help set-up provided craft supplies and give instruction for daily craft projects.
Games – Volunteers will help set-up provided supplies and give instruction for daily game play.
Parking – Volunteers will assist in directing traffic flow at specific times.
Prayer Team – Prayer Warriors onsite during VBS session to pray.
Admin Team – Volunteers will assemble name tags and crew bags, assist in printing and help at the desk during VBS week, along with other assigned duties.
Nurse – Provide first-aid during VBS session.
Details for drop off and pick up will be emailed to the parent/guardian who registered their particpant.
For the safety of all participants, you will provide a Security Word when you register your participant. Please share your Security Word with anyone allowed to pick up your participant. The Security Word you provide when registering will be required at pick up. You may use the same Security Word for each participant in your family.

If your participant would like to invite a friend, you may request that they be placed in the same crew. For this request to be considered, the friend must also request your participant. We will do our best to accommodate requests, however we cannot guarantee that all requests will be honored. Early registration of both participants is beneficial to meet Friend Requests.
We strongly encourage advance online registration. However, walk-in registration is accepted based on availability. Be aware that sessions may be full.
