Our Summer Residency is an 12-week immersive ministry experience, focused on personal discipleship, leadership development and spiritual discernment. This Summer Residency program is specifically designed for 18-25 year olds who are considering working in full-time ministry. Each resident will work with a ministry department for practical experience, while also working together as a group towards spiritual growth.
Available ministry opportunities are available for Communications, Kids, Special Needs, Students, Missions, Production and Worship ministries. Housing is provided, as well as compensation. More info will be provided during the interview process.
