PROGRAMMING PRESCHOOL COORDINATOR

We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of shaping our preschool students journey with the Lord.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Partner with Kids Ministry Team to plan Wednesday and Sunday Programming as well as large events
• Partner with families in the discipleship of preschool children
• Recruit, train and shepherd volunteers
• Research, plan and prepare age-appropriate weekly Bible lessons and activities for children ages 3 to 4 years of age
• Prepare and maintain safe, inviting and age-appropriate environments
• Uphold and enforce the Safe Sanctuary Policy of Mt. Horeb Church
• Other duties as assigned
• Required working presence at Easter, VBS, Christmas Eve and other large volume events as needed

• Bible knowledge, strong communication and teaching skills

• Proven leadership qualities
• Ability to work with others in a team environment
• Striving for excellence in ministry
• Organizational and administration skills necessary
