RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide leadership for all Student Worship programming and events
Oversee Planning Center Online student programming
Schedule all musicians and worship team for Student Worship
Maintain and continue to develop healthy systems and processes
Oversee discipleship and mentoring of student worship team
Work with Contemporary Associate for student auditions
Assist in Contemporary Worship services as needed
Coordinate with Student Ministry staff for creativity and programming needs
Coordinate with Production for weekly programming needs
Manage Ableton and Mainstage setups for student programming
Manage and create content for the Contemporary Worship Instagram account

REQUIRED SKILLS

Proven leadership qualities
Passion for worship leadership
Proficient in guitar or keys
Strong lead vocals
Nashville Number System
Ability to accomplish and complete duties independently
Proven time management skills
Proven leadership qualities
Ability to work with others in a team environment
Striving for excellence in ministry
Organizational skills necessary

This full-time position reports directly to the Contemporary Worship Associate.
