MISSIONS ADMIN

The Missions Admin will provide administrative support to the Missions Ministry Team by providing organization, support, database management updates and general administrative needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain databases including Realm, PushPay, Constant Contact, Grant Reports and other necessary Missions programs
  • Assist in the creation of agendas, budgets and recording minutes for Mission Committee meetings
  • Prepare, send, collect and distribute Grant Reports for all Missions Partner for Fall budgeting
  • Liaison with Communications Department on Missions events and promotional content
  • Review, update and process the Safe Sanctuary Policy status for all volunteers
  • Reserve rooms, resources, Mission House usage and transportation on church calendar (Planning Center)
  • Missions office upkeep: order supplies, facilities needs, printer needs and general upkeep
  • Organize all Mission’s collections with the Missions Director
  • Organize Mission Trips with team leaders
  • Required working presence at Easter, VBS, Christmas Eve and other large volume events as needed
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

This part-time position reports directly to the Missions Director.
