Visitation Outreach
Visitation Outreach aims to faithfully keep a connection with those unable to attend worship or plug in to activities at Mt. Horeb. This ministry visits homes, hospitals and nursing homes, sends flowers, cooks meals, serves Holy Communion, writes cards and makes phone calls to encourage those in need.
Grief Care
Grief Care is a ministry to families dealing with the loss of a loved one. Care includes coming alongside the family in prayer and support when death is imminent or has occurred. Mt. Horeb’s pastoral staff is ready to assist the family with arrangements including planning and officiating a funeral or memorial service for the loved one.
Baby Baskets
The Foundations team welcomes new life with a basket including a Bible and other gifts.
